Terms of Service
Terms for using the DX Marketers website and understanding how service engagements are agreed.
Effective date: October 7, 2026
Website use
These terms apply to use of the DX Marketers website. By using it, you agree to use it lawfully and respect these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Questions may be sent to dxmarketers@gmail.com.
Proposals and service agreements
Website descriptions and rates are general information, not a binding offer. An enquiry or free consultation does not create a service contract. Work begins only after the parties agree a written proposal or service agreement covering scope, fees, responsibilities and timing.
The signed agreement takes precedence over website information for that engagement. Deliverables, reporting cadence, support arrangements, change requests and handover are confirmed in that agreement.
Fees and third-party costs
Starting rates are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Final pricing depends on scope, complexity, channels, deliverables, campaign requirements, integrations, timeline, and ongoing support.
Advertising spend is separate from management fees. Platform budgets, software subscriptions, licences, taxes and other third-party costs are specified separately where applicable. Payment schedules, overdue payment consequences and refund or cancellation arrangements must be agreed before work starts.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate business information, lawful products and offers, timely feedback and necessary account permissions. Delayed approvals, access or materials may affect delivery dates. Clients must have the rights to any content, personal data or brand assets they supply.
We do not require account passwords in public enquiry forms. Secure access and permission arrangements are confirmed during onboarding.
Results and estimates
Marketing outcomes depend on competition, market conditions, budget, website quality, audience, offer, content and targeting. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, revenue or specific returns. Forecasts and estimates are planning tools, not promises. Platform policies and algorithms may change outside our control.
Intellectual property
DX Marketers website content, branding and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal or business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Ownership of bespoke client deliverables, payment-dependent transfers, pre-existing methods and third-party licences is defined in each agreement. Client-owned accounts and data remain subject to the agreed access and platform terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability or send automated spam. We may restrict access or reject enquiries that violate these terms.
External services and availability
Links to external sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Their terms apply when you use them. We aim to maintain accurate content and availability but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item remains current.
Liability and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, website information is provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or external platforms. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Contract-specific liability, governing law and dispute resolution are set out in the applicable service agreement. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns constructively.
Updates
We may revise these website terms and post an updated effective date. Changes to an active engagement require the process agreed in the service agreement.
